A varnish curing system designed for immediate curing, without any need for flow-out time, at any press production speed, producing a perfect mirror finish of various coatings applied to the surface of printed matter.

This technology can operate in-line on most presses using the following processes:

Lower Varnish Consuption

It will also reduce the consumption of varnish significantly.This is achieved firstly because the curing is instant without a need of flow-out time and secondly it minimizes absorption.

Replacing Lamination

The instant gloss will replace the need for elamination in some applications. Thus reducing the production cost even further.
